Every time my package is delivered through this service, it is consistently late. The last delivery involved the driver throwing my package, which I have on video due to my cameras. Thankfully, nothing appeared broken, but I ordered a handheld sewing machine that could have easily been damaged. I reported this unprofessional behavior but received no response.
