I can't comprehend why anyone would still trust this company given the terrible ratings. I thought another service was bad, but this one has taken the lead. My package never arrived in my city; it was sent to a random location about an hour away. They are also unreachable by phone. This was my first and hopefully last experience with them. I'm really frustrated.
