The driver falsely reported that my package was delivered, but I received nothing, and my neighbors didn't get anything either. The status of my package was marked as delivered, yet it hasn't been received. I really hope the company chooses a different delivery service.
I have used this service twice, and sadly both times were problematic. The first instance involved a completely lost order, forcing me to place a new one. This time, the package was sent to the wrong address, returned to the distribution center, and I am still waiting for it, even though it was supposed to be a second-day delivery. While the support team is courteous and friendly, that doesn’t make up for the ongoing delivery issues. The company really needs to improve its operations. Given my experiences, I cannot rate it higher than one star.
This is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. They have failed to show up twice, and now I've received a message stating that if they can't deliver on the third attempt, my package will be sent back. There haven't been any actual delivery attempts so far. It doesn't help that they don't provide any delivery time slots. I recommend avoiding this service whenever possible.

I immediately tried to call the support team (the number listed on the website doesn’t even work), with an expected response time of 5 minutes, yet I remained on hold for 35 minutes, hearing repeatedly that "my call is important to them" in Dutch. Extremely disappointing delivery experience and customer service.

After the first failed attempt, I even called to provide detailed information. The following day, I received an email stating that the second attempt also failed due to the location being 'closed.' There is a 24/7 reception, which I had noted in my order details and reiterated during my call. Please, I urge the company to consider changing their courier service; this situation is unacceptable.

It's unfortunate that there's no option to rate lower than one star. Two packages were reported as delivered within two days, yet I never received them. Contacting the customer service team was unhelpful. This has been the worst experience I've had with any company. They shouldn't be allowed to transport goods.
Why even bother? The service provides a delivery window with no accurate tracking. I ordered on a Saturday with a promise for Monday delivery. By the afternoon, there were still no updates beyond vague tracking information. This means waiting all evening with no option for pickup or rescheduling. Other companies offer these features along with reliable tracking. I'm not spending my evening waiting at home. I might just cancel the delivery altogether.
