Received an email stating that my package had been delivered half an hour before I actually got the email, but nothing arrived—no note or any indication around the house while I was home waiting for the delivery. The doorbell didn’t ring. I checked with three neighbors: nothing. The delivery confirmation photo was an unrecognizable blur, definitely not taken at my location. I immediately tried to call the support team (the number listed on the website doesn’t even work), with an expected response time of 5 minutes, yet I remained on hold for 35 minutes, hearing repeatedly that "my call is important to them" in Dutch. Extremely disappointing delivery experience and customer service.
