We were very satisfied with the service we recieved from Dragonsports. Immediately after we made the online booking, Myles contacted us to advise about the delay. The delay was no big deal for us, and today Dragonsports are shipping our goods. This is what I call excellent customer service and service recovery, from beginning to end. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Have no concerns about a language barrier as Myles is fluent in English and French.Following a problem with the Courier they were in direct contact with me and had the problem resolved immediately. I ordered from dragonsports.eu as I was looking to buy a sword from the well-known Chinese manufacturer, LK Chen. As far as I know, they are their only retailer in Europe, so it was my obvious choice.In the end I chose the Gale Wind Ming Sword.Overall, I was satisfied with the secure but also compact packaging, and the customer service.The product itself arrived in a very good condition, only the fittings on the wooden scabbard are a bit loose which I suppose is due to a difference in climate between China and Europe. The sword itself has very good balance and finish, there is no rattling when swinging it.My order took a bit longer to prepare due to the back-to-sports season, but when I asked the customer support I received a very quick reply updating me about the status of the package.I would suggest slightly updating the delivery estimates if you are experiencing an exceptionally high number of orders.Overall, I am satisfied with this store and will return in the future.
