The customer service I received was absolutely horrifying. I applied for a tester tube of shuttles by contacting them on insta where I was told which option to choose AFTER SPECIFYING ITS FOR RECREATIONAL USE. I went ahead and paid the £24 (including shipping) expecting to be able to try the shuttles and get back my £20 to then decide whether or not I want them. After using the shuttles (which were mediocre, the feathers deformed easily) I carefully documented every step and submitted my testimonial. I then received an email from the outreach manager telling me the option I chose was only for clubs trying out shuttles. I explained my situation, including screenshots of the message I received from the Instagram team and was simply turned away. After some back and forth emails they offered me £7!! Unacceptable refusing to take responsibility for their own teams mistake and attempting to make me accept a third of what I paid. Never buying these again and I would recommend you don’t either
The previous shuttlecocks I use doesn't last long at all making it costly to use in a game. With Airchy 01 shuttlecock, it cut my expenses as the quality is good and last longer than the previous ones I use. Also, I like how the shuttlecock's container can be recycled to other uses.
