I have been playing this game for several years, and I never regretted starting it. It used to be exciting, атмосферic, and truly enjoyable. The world, events, and character progression kept me motivated to log in every day.
However, lately I’ve been seriously thinking about quitting.
The game has become heavily focused on donations and microtransactions. Almost everything now feels locked behind paywalls. New sets and strong gear are mostly obtainable through premium currency, and the only realistic options are either spending real money or farming for endless hours every single day. It feels exhausting rather than fun.
Instead of enjoying the gameplay, I now feel pressured — pressured to donate, pressured to grind at night just to keep up. It seems like the developers have shifted the focus from creating a great player experience to pushing monetization. That constant push to spend money really takes away the motivation to log in.
It’s disappointing, because this used to be such a beautiful and engaging game. Sadly, in recent times it feels like the balance has been ruined.
The game keeps introducing more and more pay-to-win content in a very short period of time. I used to spend quite a lot of money on it, but ever since they started pulling these kinds of stunts, I haven’t given them a single cent. They don’t deserve it.
Long therm farming and agressive monetization. U cannot progress in the game without spending money or alot of time in a cyclic farming process. I quit the game before and i quitting the game again for the same reason
I have been a player for a decade and i am sure i know the game very well. Since the big CE where the maximum level went form 55 to 100 , the game went downhill. New content was released but it was rare and was always followed by the term "Pay to Win" which we all that it does not bring joy to the players. The feedback that we submit are not considered by the developers who for the last 3 months have been on a greedy rampage , releasing only p2w content in order to make money and not to offer something that we can reach by pure grind . The game is going downhill and there are no signs of coming back up from that . Bigpoint must take drastic action in order for the game to be saved .

General Gameplay Feedback – Too Much Daily RepetitionRight now, the game demands too much daily time just to keep up.Between daily quests, challenges, mercenaries, battle pass tasks, farming infernal passes, and boss runs, it easily takes 3–4+ hours per day before you can even play freely.This doesn’t feel like progression — it feels like maintenance.Players with limited time (1–2 hours a day) can’t realistically keep up. We spend all our time doing repetitive chores instead of actually enjoying the game.And when events appear, we are forced to abandon all daily content just to focus on the event grind, or we fall behind. It creates constant pressure instead of fun.A game should reward time spent, not demand excessive time just to stay relevant.Daily systems should be quick. The battle pass should be easy to finish. Grinding should be optional, not mandatory.Right now the experience feels closer to a second job than a game, and that’s not healthy for player retention.
