Great selection online, but terrible handling of customer care. The courier lost the parcel, and customer care is stringing me along. Wait longer. Even though I had an email from the courier saying: sorry, we lost the parcel. This is now a PayPal case and I hope to get my money back. What a shame, as I really liked the selection of Scotch which is really great. Unfortunately I can’t recommend as their customer service is not trying to help once a problem occurs. Will not use again.
