I ordered multiple bottles, but one arrived with a damaged cork that was leaking. It seems this occurred during packaging, as the responsible person dislodged the seal yet still shipped it. The support team offered a voucher for my next purchase or suggested returning the leaking bottle for a refund. Seriously? Sending back a leaking product? I wasted a lot of time dealing with support, even taking time off work to mail it back. To make matters worse, it was a lower-quality version, and instead of being bottled in the US, it was from the EU. My experience with this online store has been very disappointing.

The shipping service consistently ruins what could have been a great shopping experience (up until checkout) by failing to deliver on time and using false claims (e.g., "no one home") to cover their shortcomings. I am looking for an alternative store that can offer a better overall service.
UPD: Updating my previous negative review with gratitude and apologies to the service. My order was delivered today (right on time as promised). I’m not sure why the shipping service claimed the parcel was delivered on the 27th, but this company respects timelines, keeps their promises, offers good prices, and packs items carefully. They certainly deserve the five-star feedback I’m happily giving.
Please find another carrier for France!! Excellent product range and customer service; however, if you continue using the current transporter in France, who repeatedly mishandles products and falsely claims they are damaged (this has happened multiple times), we will not be able to order from you anymore, which is disappointing because everything else about the service is excellent.
Due to a very poor postal service in France, my order arrived too late for our event, which caused a lot of frustration (it was my wedding... so we had to send someone to a local store). Thankfully, the aftermath was much less stressful: the customer service was exceptional and handled everything quickly and professionally. Most packages were returned, but one got lost after being at a postal pickup point in France (again, due to the poor postal service). Even though the company never received that package back, they still refunded me...! This exceeded my expectations for any company, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase large quantities of high-quality products for events/parties... just be sure to order well in advance to account for unreliable local postal services! 😀
