I purchased a pressure washer (98679) from an authorised Draper seller via eBay. After inspecting the pressure washer I noticed that a particular screw was missing that fastened a bottom hose tray onto the washer itself. I contacted Draper customer support to ask if it was possible to send me the missing screw. Fran answered my email quickly and asked if I could point out the specific part required from a detailed parts diagram of the washer. Once I confirmed the required part number Fran arranged to have it posted out to me free of charge. This is fantastic customer service and after having read the many other great reviews left by customers I am very impressed! I will definitely be buying further Draper products based on their quality and the way customer service is handled. Great job Draper.
