I placed an order on November 19th and was informed it would take 12 days to process. After 12 days, I inquired via email and was told it would take another week. Then, I received another week’s delay, only to find out it was finally made and undergoing quality assurance. Eventually, they decided to cancel my order. I suspect this was due to my concerns about being scammed, which I communicated to the payment service, and they likely alerted the company. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. While customer support is responsive, it is not very helpful overall. I will wait for my refund, but waiting 32 days for a simple item is poor time management, especially around Christmas. Very disappointed.
