still havent received my order. its been over a month and its still in the processing stage. i contacted them after the 12 working days and they said to give them 7 more…i did and still no change. now theyre promising me within this next seven days and theyre only giving me $4 back and $8 store credit when i spent $60. I told them if they continued to not send out my order than I would write a bad review and this is that. don’t order from here. I know I wont be using that $8 store credit. This place is borderline a scam. or maybe it is since I still havent gotten my order.

Significant Delay on Holiday Orders

I placed an order exceeding $100 more than a month ago for Christmas gifts, but I have not received anything. I reached out via email and keep receiving the same automated response. I'm very dissatisfied and need to know how to obtain a refund.

Ordered an item on the 19th of November...

I placed an order on November 19th and was informed it would take 12 days to process. After 12 days, I inquired via email and was told it would take another week. Then, I received another week’s delay, only to find out it was finally made and undergoing quality assurance. Eventually, they decided to cancel my order. I suspect this was due to my concerns about being scammed, which I communicated to the payment service, and they likely alerted the company. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. While customer support is responsive, it is not very helpful overall. I will wait for my refund, but waiting 32 days for a simple item is poor time management, especially around Christmas. Very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars, I would; it's a total scam

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company is a complete joke. I placed my order on November 17th to ensure timely Christmas delivery. After that, I only received one confirmation email with no further updates or shipping information. When I reached out to inquire about my order, I was repeatedly told to 'wait 7–10 business days.' After 33 days of waiting, I had to send multiple emails for them to finally check my order, only to inform me of a fulfillment delay and another 7 working days for dispatch. This means over a month just to process an order, which is entirely unacceptable. This was intended as a Christmas gift, and despite my efforts to order early and do my research, I ended up disappointed. Having to chase a company repeatedly just to get them to fulfill their obligations is a major red flag. It feels misleading at best. I highly advise against purchasing from this company; save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
