If I could give a negative star

If I could give a negative star, I would. A month after ordering my items, had not arrived. Two standard reply emails were sent to me when asking where my order was. I asked for a refund and I was told they would keep 70% of the cost of my order. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. First and definitely the last time I will purchase from Drawelry. I'm so angry, I've wasted my time and money. Its not hard to take orders, fulfill orders.
