I placed an order for a photo cube for Father’s Day on June 7th. The payment was processed immediately, but I never received an order confirmation. It's now the end of June, and the product still hasn't arrived.This was supposed to be a special gift from my daughter, and it’s really disappointing that we couldn’t give it to her dad on Father’s Day. I've tried to reach out but haven’t received any response. Poor communication and no product delivered – unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company based on our experience.
