6 weeks before mothers day I ordered a custom piece. It arrived 4 weeks after mothers day without the gift box and is incorrect spelling. They offered a $3 refund or I could pay to ship it back to them and they would refund me 70% due to restocking, shipping, and handling cost. They messed the whole thing up but refuse to fix their mistake.
