1st time order. No mention of the customer needing to build the frame for rhe custom canvas prints. It came in pieces that were already damaged, did not fit together, and what's worse: no I structures on how to pit the frame together. Just a bunch of random things wrapped in cling wrap and the actual canvas rolled up inside a cardboard tube. The pics? Great! The frame they are supposed to sit on? Garbage. Left me and hubby clueless to the point we got a hammer, tack nails, and gorilla glue. Our way was waaaaaaaay easier and dint require instructions. Lol also, they delivered to the wrong address despite the tag saying the correct address. It's ridiculous to charge someone nearly $70 and fail to mention that assembly is required and then deliver to the wrong address onto of that..... just.... wow. $200 nightmare! How do I share photos of the product??? You gotta see it to believe it!Update 9/15/25: so they tried ro remedy things by sending another canvas and the same kind of frame... and they only sent ONE out of THREE that I originally ordered...lol what a joke! Taking back one of the stars cuz this is ridiculous and NOT helpful.
