I ordered a gift for Christmas, which shipped on December 6th. Now it's January 18th, and despite reaching out twice, the package has not arrived. Most responses I received were automated and repeated questions I had already answered. They are now refusing to issue a refund for a package I never received. This is completely unprofessional, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this service for any purchases. It's appalling.
