I ordered a gift for Christmas, which shipped on December 6th. Now it's January 18th, and despite reaching out twice, the package has not arrived. Most responses I received were automated and repeated questions I had already answered. They are now refusing to issue a refund for a package I never received. This is completely unprofessional, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this service for any purchases. It's appalling.
I would give zero stars if possible. The shipping took an unacceptably long time, but that's not the main issue. Be careful with sizing. If you order a small, it will NOT match the shape you selected. The graphic will only be the letter, and nothing more! I’m relieved I included some other items in my niece’s gift, but this feels like clear false advertising!
I haven't received my order yet, but I'm leaving this review for a discount. I'll update my feedback once it arrives and I can check the quality. I'm optimistic since many people have shared positive experiences! The platform was super user-friendly for placing the order!
