I started taking my 2008-58 Suzuki GSX650F to them for service and mot ready for part chopping it against a new Z1000SX. I had it mot'd in sept 2018 with no advisories then had to have an operation in Jan 2019 that meant I couldn't ride for 12 to 18 months. A friend took my bike for service and mot in Sept 2019 with the bike only having done around 20 miles or so between mot's. They told me the brake discs needed doing for its mot, then when I pointed out the miles it had done between mots and there were no advisories the previous year, they then changed it to the discs being worn and listed advisories on the the mot pass cert that discs were worn close to the minimum limit. I got a cheaper quote and had the discs replaced else where and was given the old discs back as spares or to sell as they were not warped, not grooved or pitted and the disc thickness of all 3 discs was the same as the new discs. So my original disc's were still like new. I still had them replaced as did not want to mess the garage around that I had booked in with and requested them to get the parts on Drayton Croft Kawasaki Hinckley's advice. I didnt have Drayton Croft do the brakes as they were about £100 more expensive wanting an extra hours labor to everyone else and more expensive on the parts. When I called to let them know about the issue, I believe it was Sarah Crowfoot I spoke to and she couldn't have cared less sounded very patronising on the phone so they have lost the sale of a new Z1000SX H2 and any future business of mine. Purely in the interest of not wanting to see other people ripped off, I would recommend avoiding this dealership and shopping elsewhere. Very sad as I thought id found a trustworthy reputable dealer. Definitely not the case. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Their saying on their website "if you're happy tell everyone, if you're not tell us" didn't get me very far. No apology or offer of anything towards the unnecessary cost I incurred so hence this review to warn others.
