My zx4rr had it's first service at Drayton Croft yesterday. Very friendly staff, free coffee and biscuits in the waiting area, and loads of bikes to look at. Will return. Thanks
I experienced some problems with my recent purchase, which were in no way the fault of Drayton Croft. After a few initial misunderstandings, the team handled my concerns with genuine sensitivity and professionalism. Thanks to their efforts, I’m now extremely happy with the outcome and can confidently say I’ll be a loyal customer, using Drayton Croft as my go-to place for anything motorbike-related.A special mention to Will, who dealt with me with calmness and respect, and a massive shout out to Ben, who took the lead in resolving my concerns quickly and to my complete satisfaction. If you’re looking for a small, friendly, family-run business that truly cares about customer satisfaction, I highly recommend giving Drayton Croft a try!
I waited a while to post this as wanted to get an idea for the after sales support. Brilliant from start to finish. Purchased a brand new RK V125C and was impressed by the teams knowledge and professionalism. They serviced the bike, got it road ready, delivered it along with my gear. They had some great options, like their ‘Starter Pack’, which is a great idea for anyone on a budget or short of time. I’m due my first service and they have been really accommodating and responsive. I’m already looking forward to my next bike and Drayton will definitely be my first stop. Thank You to all at Drayton Croft Motorcycles!
Had my triumph mot,d a week ago, unfortunately it failed as the rear break spring was missing as it has rear sets on. I was then told they didn’t know how to fix it and I would have to take it home to fix it, but assured me that I had ten days to get it sorted. I have gone back to ask to bring it in for them to check the spring and that everything was ok, but now was told as I took it off the premises I would have to have a re test at £29.These so called policies are complete rubbish, as with the rest of the reviews it seems I,m not alone, shame as I have a number of bikes now that all will need mot,s but will look elsewhere.they are unprofessional rip off merchants! Will not use them ever again
Booked my Himalayan in for its First Service, all seemed to have gone ok, once i got the bike home i gave it the once over and noticed straight away that the Tappet covers were dusty and had not been removed so the valve adjustment which is important on First service had not been done.i called next morning and eventually i was told there had been an error on the job sheets issued and thats why it was missed ?they offered to have the bike back again but i declined having done the valves myself, i just wanted the first service entered on to the system.they have offered me £30.00 reduction which they say is the price of a Tappet adjustment. I reckon they would charge me 3 x that amount.I like the Bike but i feel let down by the Dealer.
I purchased my Kawasaki from them new in 2017.Despite the dealership being a 100 mile round trip I have returned every year for my annual service because they really are a first class dealership! One minor warranty issue dealt with very professionally in the first 3 years.
Purchased a limited edition Royal Enfield 120th edition Continental GT. Inspected the bike before deliver and paid in full. Was assured it would be cleaned before delivery. Guess what, it wasn’t and still waiting for my call from the manager! Also had parts missing, was assured they would contact RE to confirm. Well must be a long phone call as it’s been almost a month! Shocking level of service. I will vote with my feed and never deal with them again. Trust me guys there are other ( much more professional) dealers out there
As like many I don’t like to give bad reviews to local business so I have held off for so long but having read other reviews I think it’s fair to do so. I brought a Yamaha M T 01 from them, overall the bike is great. When brought it they said they would service it ? I asked do they replace plugs and filter as well as oil? “We check them and replace if required? I believe the oil was changed, but I service my one bikes and decided to check plugs and filter? Surprise ! The air filter was very dirty and full of flies? The plugs are difficult to get at on the MT 01 so was not surprised to see the state of the plugs when removed them? They had not been checked. Be very careful about what you are told. I have given them two stars because some of the team are really helpful, I did ask at point of sale, you do have the Red key as well, reply “ what does the Red key do?” Ask ask and then get things in writing
