SCAM! I received a faulty product. Cool biotic cream was almost solid, like a wax, and smelled horrible. Customer support informed me they will investigate with their production line. Not willing to offer information about returns and there is no other way to return on their website. Not willing to replace product either. What a joke! Do jot buy from this company.
