We joined drchrono Aug, 2019, sytem never worked for us, never used it for a single claim, they were unwilling when we asked for more help learning the system. They won't let us out of the contract and continue to bill us $349 each month for zero service. Since Covid-19, and not treatng any patients, I can't keep paying the charge, their phone mailbox is full, no way to reach them, no email to write to.
