I had a very negative experience with this company as a former employee in the Philippines. They failed to provide my final pay and 13th month pay after my resignation. Several of my former colleagues faced the same issues. If a company cannot appreciate its employees, how can they genuinely care for their clients? The HR representative took everything too personally. I wouldn't recommend trusting the management, as they lack professionalism. It's best to seek a company that values integrity and compassion.
