I strongly advise against using this aligner service. The treatment was ineffective, and they failed to rectify my teeth alignment issues. Despite assurances, I was told I would have to pay extra for retainers that were supposed to be included. Communication was frustrating, and they disregarded our initial agreement. My teeth are reverting back to their original position without retainers. Please steer clear of this service.
