My experience with this company was quite negative. As a former employee in the Philippines, I did not receive my final salary or 13th month pay after resigning. Many of my ex-colleagues encountered similar issues. If a company cannot respect its employees, how can it genuinely care for its clients? The HR representative took matters too personally. I would recommend looking for a company that shows integrity and compassion.
