AVOID THIS SERVICE! I ordered 3 items in August, and they arrived in October, much smaller than expected. I contacted the service to arrange a return, and now it’s November. They emailed me today saying they cannot process refunds based on photos, which I have not sent. They offered me £2 compensation and told me to give the items to a friend. I reached out again, but they maintain that they do not issue refunds. I wish I could give them zero stars.
