One star because I can't go lower! I ordered based on the provided size guide, yet the cup size doesn't accurately reflect the actual size. I tried one on, and it didn’t fit. They refused to handle my return and refund, despite their policy stating that returns are accepted. This feels like a scam!

They advertise a product but send you a different, low-quality one that doesn’t match the description. The product was faulty and not as advertised, yet they refused to issue a refund. I reported this to the proper authorities. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SERVICE
Steer clear of this company; they ruin online shopping for everyone. I ordered lights, and it took 3 months for them to arrive. They ignored my emails, and when they finally came, they were nothing like what I ordered. They are simply dishonest.
AVOID THIS SERVICE! I ordered 3 items in August, and they arrived in October, much smaller than expected. I contacted the service to arrange a return, and now it’s November. They emailed me today saying they cannot process refunds based on photos, which I have not sent. They offered me £2 compensation and told me to give the items to a friend. I reached out again, but they maintain that they do not issue refunds. I wish I could give them zero stars.
I strongly advise against this company! I waited a long time for my order, and at one point, they denied that I had placed it! When the items finally arrived, they were of terrible quality and too small. They won’t issue a refund or provide a return address. They deposited £6 into my account for a £26 order. AWFUL!
Do not purchase from this service. The sizing is completely inaccurate, and the quality is very poor. Not as advertised at all. Customer support is terrible and won’t allow me to return their subpar products. They won’t issue a refund either.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. The items I received were of very poor quality, and the sizing was all wrong. I contacted the service for a refund, and they responded with an automated email telling me to check with a neighbor. My follow-up email was ignored. Based on the reviews, I seriously doubt I will get my money back. Scam service. AVOID!!!
