Ordered an airplane hoodie end of August still waiting for it to arrive, tracking stopped on 5th October so emailed inquiring where the hoodie was & got an email saying they have resent my order, still waiting!!!Emailed today asking for a refund, will report them to trading standards in the next few days Wish I had come on here to check reviews first...
