Messaged them the day my item arrived to say I don’t like and need to return for refund . They replied saying look in neighbours house if they’re not at yours, so they obviously never read the email. I wrote again stating I had received the item but I didn’t like it, it didn’t fit. They ignored me. I emailed again. They ignored that. I then received a reply saying you’re not eligible for returning as there’s nothing wrong with the item and we don’t support returns for any other reason, why not give it to someone. Would you except £3 compensation. I’ve said no to the money and I’m not happy being out of pocket for something I don’t like and doesn’t fit. I’m now waiting for their reply. I won’t ever use this company again.
