Absolute scammers!!!!! I placed an order for £25, but they took £31 out of my account. I emailed them within 10 minutes of placing the order and they responded immediately. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. At this point they started ignoring my emails and then the next day I got an email notification, saying the item had been shipped. After this, they started answering my emails again, saying that unfortunately the item had been shipped and if I wanted to return it, I would have to wait until it has arrived’. They know I’d have to pay to return it to the US too. Bloody joke. Im now looking into a way I can report them.
