Has anyone received their order? I ordered on December 21 and was told I would receive it in 7 business days due to stock issues. I’ve been emailing a representative who claimed it was sent out yesterday but couldn’t provide a tracking number. No parcel received. Now my emails are bouncing back, and I’m being ignored after providing my details. My friend messaged them after me and received a reply, so they’re clearly ignoring me. The address listed on the website leads to a charity unrelated to this operation. I’ve had to file a fraud claim with my bank; thankfully, I paid with a credit card, so I should get my money back.
