This is a scam. I placed my order in December and have yet to receive anything. Initially, a representative responded to my emails with continuous excuses, assuring me that the product would arrive 'next Monday.' That Monday never came. After that, they ceased all communication—no replies to emails or even through the chat feature. At one point, their website was entirely taken down, and now they’re back online, seemingly trying to deceive customers in Europe. Please exercise extreme caution.

Has anyone received their order? I ordered on December 21 and was told I would receive it in 7 business days due to stock issues. I’ve been emailing a representative who claimed it was sent out yesterday but couldn’t provide a tracking number. No parcel received. Now my emails are bouncing back, and I’m being ignored after providing my details. My friend messaged them after me and received a reply, so they’re clearly ignoring me. The address listed on the website leads to a charity unrelated to this operation. I’ve had to file a fraud claim with my bank; thankfully, I paid with a credit card, so I should get my money back.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Completely fraudulent website. I paid but never received any proper order confirmations or shipping updates, so I emailed and got a response from a representative like others did. I was misled about delivery dates which I doubt will ever happen. I reported it as a scam through my bank, and now when I revisit the website, it says the page cannot be found. They have taken everyone’s money and vanished.
I also placed an order and paid, but it never arrived, and the emails kept bouncing back. DO NOT PURCHASE from this site; you will lose your money and get taken advantage of. They clearly lack a conscience—FRAUDSTERS is what I call them!
Definitely a fraudulent company. Responses to emails are generated by AI, and when a representative does reply, it’s always about a truck set to deliver before 8 PM. That truck seems to be lost at sea. I purchased with a credit card, so I will eventually get a refund.
I decided not to purchase after closely reviewing the website. The sales/FAQ page advertises a 3-year warranty, while their Terms & Conditions state products are provided 'as is' without any warranties. These conflicting statements are misleading and severely undermine trust. Customers shouldn’t have to decipher legal contradictions to know if a warranty exists. Until this is clarified, I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from this company.
