I decided not to purchase after closely reviewing the website. The sales/FAQ page advertises a 3-year warranty, while their Terms & Conditions state products are provided 'as is' without any warranties. These conflicting statements are misleading and severely undermine trust. Customers shouldn’t have to decipher legal contradictions to know if a warranty exists. Until this is clarified, I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from this company.
