i tried to order a dreame L10s, which i never received. I interacted with the customer support and never got a satisfactory response. Since I purchased through a third party, i was able to get them involved to process a refund. I am currently seeking another solution as i am concerend about the quality of support from this vendor. Update: seller is withholding refund until courier investigates missing shipment. Everyone understands I did not receive the item but seller is going to sit on my money for the maximum time allowed by law. Horrible customer service.
