Review Time
After the order was put the shipment never arrived. Over 3 months of mail conversation with many days without replies. Then all of a sudden you cannot ship my order and just refund me my money instead of shipping me the items that I bought on Black Friday. The response that ”you can just place a new order” but the price is not the same anymore. Some e-mails where replied in English, some German and some Italian although I have only written in English. The entire experience have been very frustrating and I would avoid this company at all cost.
If I could give zero stars I would. Basically I have a $2500 paper weight. The biggest piece of rubbish. Customer service refuse to even give me a list of repairers so I can get it fixed myself.

Their robot vacuum L10 ultra ($2000) worked pretty well for 2 years and then starting having so many issues. It is now Feb 2026 and I’ve been trying to get it serviced or repaired through Dreame customer service since Oct 2025. They’re absolutely useless.
Will never buy another one. Not going to spend that kind of money and not be able to get it serviced or repaired.
Absolute joke.
The application is extremely disappointing and sluggish. The device creates lint rolls throughout the home and gets clogged every time it’s operated. Initially, it was satisfactory, but after a few months, it has become nearly impossible to use. I can't speak for the pricier models, but I certainly cannot recommend this one to anyone.
Bought a Dreame l40 Ultra AE for its ability to identify and avoid obstacles and yet, somehow, it managed to miss not one, but two massive dog poos my puppy had done in the bathroom. And when I say missed, what I actually mean is that it rolled over the top of them, then decided to mop them directly into the floor. Then it decided to smear them liberally around the bathroom... every surface of the floor was caked in poo.And it didn't end there - after that it decided to hoover my hall carpet and presumable because the mop heads couldn't retract due to being laden with dog waste, it covered my hall carpet with poo too.It took 4 hours of being down onmy hands and knees to scrub the dog crap out of the carpet and disinfect the bathroom floor. Then I had the joy of removng the 💩 from the vacuum iteslf which had was utterly riddled with the stuff. Every tread of the wheels had poo in it, ever vent on the bottom of the machine, the roller, every little recess and the little side brushes. Of course, the vacuum had been to the base station to rinse the mops which meant that it too needed cleaning and disinfecting too.Total clean up time 5.5 hours and, to top it off, the vacuum no longer switches on presumably to it having some kind of poo or water damage.£600 wasted. GO NOWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS.
Very frustrating and slow app. The machine leaves rolls of lint all around the house and clogs up every time it is used. I have the L10s Plus. It was decent at first but after a few months it’s pretty much unusable. Not sure about the other more expensive models but I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

I normally don’t write long reviews, but my experience with Dreame Australia has been incredibly frustrating and deserves to be shared.I first purchased a Dreame X40 Ultra, expecting premium performance from a high-end robot vacuum. Instead, the unit struggled almost immediately:It couldn’t climb even small transitions from hard floors to carpetIt frequently got lost, spun in circles, and couldn’t return to the baseThe side brush fell off repeatedlyThe charging base developed rustIt emitted a burning smell while “charging”The vacuum simply didn’t clean properly, especially on carpets or edgesAfter extensive troubleshooting and communication, Dreame eventually replaced my X40 Ultra under warranty.Unfortunately, the replacement X50 Ultra (paid $2399!) has been just as problematic, if not worse.For weeks, the dustbin and dust bag have remained completely empty, even after multiple full cleaning cycles. The robot simply does not pick up debris. It also:Avoids edges and furniture instead of cleaning around themFails to lift its mops properly when transitioning to carpetRuns for 15–20 minutes on carpet before dyingSpins in small circles like it’s confusedAvoids cleaning under furnitureRequires constant remappingDoes not behave anything like advertisedI’ve tried everything: firmware updates, remapping, cleaning sensors, factory resets — many hours wasted on a product that should “just work,” especially at this price point.Meanwhile, the support phone number in the app is disconnected, and I often get no response to emails. When I do, the responses are slow and repetitive, with no long-term solution.The most surprising part?While waiting for Dreame to repair or replace my X50 Ultra, I purchased a cheap Lubluelu robot vacuum from Temu for around $179 as a temporary backup.And shockingly…That cheap vacuum performs 100× better than the $2,399 Dreame X50 Ultra.
