A relatively tricky set of problems with two programs, the old, by now, unsupported Adobe Dreamweaver, my Website builder, and FileZilla, which had become my workaround utility to step in, where Dreamweaver no longer provided up- or download capability. These sort of problems require additional eyeballs and minds to analyze. I much appreciated the enthusiastic help provided by the DreamHost Tech Support Team. They stayed in touch, checked and used my screen grabs to help solve the issue in short order. We managed to get me back into the file up and download business with FileZilla in a few days. That's sufficient for my needs. They were understanding and friendly and put their valuable time and experience to work, leaving me a happy customer. I can't ask for more than that.
