I've been a shared hosting client for more than 10 years. Always recommend them to my clients. This week setting up a filter on an email account wasn't functioning as expected. I did something awful on New Year's Eve - somehow I deleted all the content of a wordpress page on a client's website. I reached out to Dreamhost Chat to ask for help to restore the ONE page. Daniel took a look and told me a ticket was necessary to resolve my issue. I didn't think anything would happen - after all... new year's eve, right? But I got an email within a short time, letting me know ONE page can't be restored - the entire site would need to be restored at the date I requested. I agreed and within a few minutes the content I deleted was RESTORED!!! I'm thrilled and GRATEFUL for the Dreamhost techs prompt support!!! --- I ALWAYS get Great Support from Dreamhost!
