Absolute shambles of a company.already ordered and received 2 Dreamland heated throws form Costco within 3 days of ordering.tried to order two more.but out of stock.went on the dreamland website was also out of stock.but left my email when new stock arrives.Dreamland emailed me saying they had new stock so ordered two new throws on the 7th December.to give has Christmas present.have contacted them by phone on three separate occasions.everytime they tell me they will get somebody from customer services to call me back the same day to resolve my order.and not had or heard a dicky bird from them. Have now had to open a case against them to try and get my money back.from PayPal because it’s the 22nd off December.and they took my money and keep fobbing me off.wish I had read about the company on trust pilot before I put my order with them.terrible communication.took my money but can’t be bothered to contact me.!!!!!
