I placed an order on 1st January for 2 blankets, but the delivery service failed to drop them off at the designated pick-up point and returned them to the seller. There’s no phone support available, so I used the chat feature to request redelivery to my home address, which I’ve provided twice. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response for over a week. I understand that the team might be busy post-holidays, but the lack of customer support is disappointing. I’m left with £100 taken from me and no product or clarity on when I will receive my order. Can someone from the seller please provide an update?
