Martin was extremely helpful. He responded to our emails immediately and rang to confirm all the details, and ongoing process. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. This is our first time leasing a car, and he made the experience easy and pleasant.

Dreamlease offer superb deals compared to other leasing companies and especially against PCP deals which were nearly double the cost.
Really disappointed. Ordering was easy and supported - comms reasonable and car delivered on time. Handover completed but first time out noted a fault in regards of the adaptive cruise control. Car is VW Tiguan. VW service has been shocking, was with them for almost 2 months, failed again after 2 days,, back again after another week and failed within 4 days. Frustrated I have a car that constantly pings error messanges and doesnt work fully. Contacted Dreamlease three times as to what my rights are to return the vehicle as we have been unable to use for extended time and not being repaired and they have not replied. Seems they dont want to know once you have an issue... which is the true test of a company customer service.
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Jakub from Dreamlease. Nothing was complicated. Jakob answered all my emails with queries quickly, he kept his word if he said “I’ll get back to you by the end of the day” he did and nothing was a bother. The deal was very competitive compared to other lease companies I tried. I would recommend going direct to Dreamlease’s website and configuring your next new lease car with them. Can’t fault them!
