So I ordered what I thought were going to be some cute, fun light bulbs for my sister-in-law for Christmas. Instead, all I have gotten is the run around from their customer service. The order was placed on August 15th. Tracking on the shipping information I was given showed the package stopped moving on September 9th, supposedly in Baltimore. I've gotten no further information from the tracking info page, and now every single time I try and go there or to their main page, my computer blocks it because it says it is a scam. I either want my package or a full refund. No one should be taken advantage of like this, and we are a military family on a tight budget trying to put one through college.
