Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I ordered a hoodie in July for a trip in late September. The package did not arrive until after I left for my trip. Before I left I contacted customer service and asked them to cancel my order because it had taken so long. They told me that they couldn't because it had already shipped. I told them I didn't need it any longer because I had already gotten one since this one didn't come. They asked me to please just receive the shipment and then we would discuss the refund policy after I had a chance to get the product. After 3 weeks I'm back and forth they refused to take the product back, refused to give me a refund for what I had spent and only offered me $9 as a refund. The material on the hoodie was thin it was not as it was described and I would not purchase anything from this company ever. They have horrible response time and they are not willing to work with you. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ad deceitful. I was sent an inferior product and they don't care.

I ordered what I thought were 3 Christmas trees 8", 10", 12". 3AAA batteries and a timer. They look lovely in the ad. When they came they were much smaller and cannot fit the batteries, (it takes some small mystery battery) and there's no timer. When I complained they asked me to send photos of the packaging and I sent a photo of the items and how they were wrong. All I got was a comment that they checked and the order is correct. It's not. I eventually got them to offer me $20 back (not even close to what I paid) and they continue to insist they're sorry, but I'm wrong. I will just warn everyone that the video in their ad is NOT what you will receive. I will make sure people I know never use this website.

I wish I could do negative stars

I wish I could do negative stars. I ordered lightbulbs from this company and never received my products. I reached out to the customer service team and they responded, but would not provide the name of the carrier or a tracking number which has led me to believe that no product was ever shipped. I would not order from this company!

It took me forever to recevied the item…

It took me forever to recevied the item and then whaen I got it today 10/30/2025 I only recevied the small tree. That is all and I paid $35.07 for that one. little tree. No thank you and I would like the other 2 trees or a refund. If I don't get the trees or a refund, I will call the better business bureau. Please don't play with me. This has been going on since August

Pretty Sure Now It's a Scam

So I ordered what I thought were going to be some cute, fun light bulbs for my sister-in-law for Christmas. Instead, all I have gotten is the run around from their customer service. The order was placed on August 15th. Tracking on the shipping information I was given showed the package stopped moving on September 9th, supposedly in Baltimore. I've gotten no further information from the tracking info page, and now every single time I try and go there or to their main page, my computer blocks it because it says it is a scam. I either want my package or a full refund. No one should be taken advantage of like this, and we are a military family on a tight budget trying to put one through college.

I snagged this last week and dang…

I snagged this last week and dang impressed how handy it turned out. Did the job neat without costing an arm and leg, would totally recommend. Qualitys pretty decent plus saves me heaps of hassle.

Terrible company

Bra brought. I went on their sizing to buy, after reading all the rave reviews. 2.5weeks for delivery in Australia. As soon as package arrived & I unpacked I realised there was no way it was going to fit. But I tried anyway. Cups several sizes too small. Once contacted they made every step difficult- reasking for same thing, wanting photos, asking me to resell it to friend, offered $2 refund. Even when I finally have a return address they don’t provide the postcode.
