Ordered and paid for a bed having chosen Dreams for being a reputable company. Had to wait 3 weeks for delivery and received my time slot the day before. That same day at teatime had a phone call to say they couldn’t deliver and would to wait another 2.5 weeks. But we had dismantled our existing bed ready to be collected by the delivery men and at my age with arthritis I couldn’t sleep for 3 weeks on the floor. So we had to cancel the order and get a bed from Argos. Why would they cancel it with half a day to go
