Staff in store were excellent. Not pushy, very supportive and understanding of our needs. Delivery was on time and the delivery guys were brilliant. My new mattress is really great. What a difference it has made to my nights sleep. Excellent, would highly recommend Dreams.

Been a pretty bad experience so far. We ordered a brand new mattress from them and they sent us the wrong one. Then they sent us out the correct one but it came unsealed and with no law tag on it which would suggest it was a floor model or a return. Just been on with their customer service who has offered to send a brand new one with tags on. We'll see how that goes.

I purchased a silent night mattress for almost GBP 1,000 in February 2024. I was happy with the mattress initially. Within the first year however I noticed that the mattress was bending in the center. Note that i am a medium weight/ height person, i live alone and i am away with my work almost half of the year. So the matress was not overused. Anyway, i asked for an investigation, they checked and they found the matress was malfunctioning and it was replaced with a new one. The new matress within about 8 months of similar use had the same problem. They emailed me that i can choose another mattress for the same price. However, i did my purchase two years before so i asked them if i could get a sort of a discount as i didn't want to buy the same brand again. Prices two years back are not the same as today and the bad mattress was not my fault. They said they could not so i thought i may as well get a refund and look for a mattress with another company. They said that it is fine and sent me a date to collect the faulty mattress within a week and said they would give me a refund of about GBP 100 less of my original purchase amount! I guess they are expecting me to be sleeping on the floor until i get a new mattress from another company and also accept a refund lower of my purchase. This clearly seems to me that they fix faulty mattresses and they resell them to new customers. I cant believe how possible it is to have two faulty mattress in such a sort period. Clearly it is very frustrating to have to change the mattress every year and i dont feel confident that i will not have the same problem with any other mattress i purchase from this company. The fact that i am not around all year long to be checking that there is not an issue tells me that buying from them i may end with another bad purchase and i may as well have to live with this if i do not notice within 12 months that is the guarantee period. I am very disappointed and this is not a proper customer service.

Ordered a bed base & mattress, sales & delivery service and communication was brilliant but when delivered part of the base was damaged and item was no longer in production. Customer service sourced us a replacement section from another warehouse and delivery organised swiftly within the week. No problems, no delays, no fobbing off just really helpful and well communicated support. Now sleeping peacfully in my new bed!

From initial order to point of delivery yesterday 16.02.26, the communication was excellent!! Email the day before confirming 2 hour delivery windo and then a call on the morning of delivery advising they would be delivering within said window. Delivery guys cheerful and friendly. The product itself, the Lilian small double bed far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful colour and really well made, a definite bargain at the sale price of £199. I would 100% recommend Dreams to anyone needing a new bed and will use them again in the future 😊

We had our new mattress delivered today from dreams.The delivery guys were excellent great communication on how long before the morning of delivery exceptional in putting the mattress into bedroom very polite and helpful. Ordered and paid for a bed having chosen Dreams for being a reputable company. Had to wait 3 weeks for delivery and received my time slot the day before. That same day at teatime had a phone call to say they couldn’t deliver and would to wait another 2.5 weeks. But we had dismantled our existing bed ready to be collected by the delivery men and at my age with arthritis I couldn’t sleep for 3 weeks on the floor. So we had to cancel the order and get a bed from Argos. Why would they cancel it with half a day to go

Our experience was good, however, we were asked if we wanted extra cover, the man said I am giving you a mattress protector for free anyway should be £70, but did we want the cover? We declined and the mattress protector was never mentioned again. It is our understanding now you only get that if you take the extra cover, however, he did use the words throw in the protector for free anyway, it wasn’t explained clearly. He also did not mention taking it to the room is an extra charge, we believed it was a standard charge until we saw dreams advertising free delivery. Overall happy with our purchase but we do believe we were purposefully misled. However, the delivery men were great and even helped fix the bed a bit.

I recently visited the Metro Center Retail store and I recived excellent customer service and purchased a matress.
I was after a mattress on that day, I have been to Barkers and Stonehouse and they couldnt be bothered with me and nobody apprached me to see if I was ok.
So you get the sales as your collegue apprached me.
