I ordered a bed that was meant to have drawers on one side, but it arrived with them on opposite sides. When I visited the next day, the store was closed for the holiday, and upon returning, I was told they couldn't resolve the issue due to not following company policies, despite being an official retailer. The customer service was shockingly poor, with staff being quite rude. The salesperson even tried to insist the arrangement was correct and threatened legal action if I left a negative review. It felt like they were trying to shift the blame onto us.
