Ordered a bed online on the 28th of December got a call about a week before it was being delivered that it was coming on the 23rd of January I took my bed down leaving me with just a mattress to sleep on for one night I then got a call at 9am the day of delivery to tell me the bed is not coming as it’s not in stock. So unprofessional and honestly dumb. Then I get emailing back and forth this is the Tallaght branch dealing with this the first email was ai bull when I called her out for it I then got told I could get a full refund or if I wish to wait I could get 100 euro cash refund or 200 euro voucher or to have a look at what they have IN STOCK. So I did I chose a bed I was told was in stock so I got a call confirming again it was coming on the 17th of February. I email the morning of the 17th and got a call basically saying it was only the mattress being delivered as the bed has to be shipped down to the warehouse from Belfast. She then told it would be delivered on Friday and she’d ring me to talk about compensation and delivery. It’s now Wednesday into the next week if it was delivered on Friday why haven’t I gotten a call? I had to ring and email myself and no response this is ridiculous and is causing me a lot of stress. Will never deal with this company again so unprofessional and thoughtless. Just wanted to add I am still sleeping on the mattress :)
I ordered a mattress online on the 1st of January 2026. It was due to be for my toddler to move into their new room. I didn't hear anything for the first four weeks, despite an email via the form on the website and a voicemail to their customer care number.
I then received a call from the Galway store to set a delivery date and was told the week starting the 15th of Feb (i.e. this week as I write). No mention of my email or voicemail, so I have no idea whether they were looked at.
I rang the Galway store back again today to check on the delivery seeing as it was the end of the week I was given, and I was told that there's nothing they can do - it's the distribution team that will be in touch to set a specific date. I was told not to worry, but given no actual details on when I might hear back, so given my experience and the other recent bad reviews, I have very little confidence of getting the mattress any time soon.
I asked the rep in Galway if there was a way I could contact the distribution team if I still don't hear anything and was just given the customer care number, which rang out with no answer.
There's lots of similar reviews recently, I very much wish I'd read them rather than just taking their overall Trustpilot score on face value.
Kerry was really helpful and friendly, explained things well and left us to ponder without any pressure which we appreciated. I would really recommend the customer service we received.
Emma in the Ballymena store was a fantastic sales rep - friendly, knowledgable, patient, helpful and not pushy! We specifically came back to ask for her and buy our mattress based on the great experience and will recommend her. Thanks Emma!
I can't recommend this service enough! We visited a local store today, and the staff were incredibly friendly, ready to assist as soon as we entered. We had the pleasure of working with a wonderful representative, and her customer service was outstanding! We left feeling extremely satisfied without any pressure. This was a 5-star experience, and I would definitely suggest it to anyone in search of a mattress or bed.
I ordered a bed that was supposed to have drawers on the same side, but it arrived incorrectly. After visiting the store for a resolution, I found the customer service lacking, with rude staff and no adherence to company policies. The salesperson even tried to blame us for the error and threatened legal action if we left a negative review.
I ordered a bed that was meant to have drawers on one side, but it arrived with them on opposite sides. When I visited the next day, the store was closed for the holiday, and upon returning, I was told they couldn't resolve the issue due to not following company policies, despite being an official retailer. The customer service was shockingly poor, with staff being quite rude. The salesperson even tried to insist the arrangement was correct and threatened legal action if I left a negative review. It felt like they were trying to shift the blame onto us.
I just had a pleasant shopping experience at the showroom. A spacious and well-organized space set the stage for this positive interaction. The entire process was sincerely handled with politeness, knowledge, and patience by a representative who was very helpful!
