Dreamsleep Australia advertises “luxury goose down” pillows but delivers cheap, flat polyester junk, folded and stuffed tightly into a mailing bag. I paid $179 for garbage you could get at Kmart for under $20.When I requested a refund under Australian Consumer Law, Dreamsleep refused to provide a valid return address or cover return shipping (which they are legally required to do for misdescribed goods) and I’ve seen several reviews of people paying $80 to send pillows back to an address in China and still not getting refunds! Their replies were evasive, circular, and dishonest - They are blatantly breaking the law and will hopefully be shutdown soon enough.This company is not to be trusted. Avoid them at all costs.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
