My experience with Dreamsleep Australia has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.
The product I received did not match the quality or appearance shown in the advertising. It was misleading and nowhere near what I expected based on the images online. When I raised my concerns, instead of taking responsibility, I was offered a partial refund (initially 30%, then 40%) as a “gesture of goodwill” — despite the product not being as described.
To make matters worse, I was told I would need to pay return shipping myself, even though the issue was with the product not meeting expectations. Communication felt scripted and dismissive, and there was no clear phone number or easily accessible contact details, which made the process even more stressful.
As a customer in Australia, I expected compliance with Australian Consumer Law and a fair resolution. Instead, I felt pressured to accept a partial refund for something I was unhappy with from the outset.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The lack of accountability, transparency, and proper customer support made this a very disappointing experience.
Absolutely scammed!! Site claims they are Australian but items are drop shipped from china. Most are available on temu for about 70% less. Items are poor quality and refund policy is absolutely useless. Wish I had read the reviews prior to wasting my money
There so shit. There pillows are discusting and misleading. There not luxury hotel pillows. I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep on it. There a scam they say there Australian but when you want to return will cost you $65 to ship to china. And must be in original packaging. How the hell are you supposed to try them out u idiots. There unbelievable to deal with. There scammers and should not be allowed to operate. Don’t buy and fall in a trap. $200 down the fukn drain. My Kmart pillows are 100times better for $16. Well, this is the second tine I've purchased something online that has gone straight in the bin. Complete waste of money 😭 this was my review 🤣I had high hopes for the Dream Sleep Australia micro CPAP… unfortunately, it delivers about as much airflow as a politely whispered apology. I fully charged it, popped it in my nose, and waited for that life-changing breeze — but honestly, my farts blow out more air than this device.For something designed to help you breathe, the lack of actual air is a bold creative choice. The only thing “micro” about it is the performance.Save your money, your sleep, and your sinuses. Unless you enjoy the sensation of wearing an expensive nose decoration that does absolutely nothing, I’d give this one a very hard pass.
Absolute rubbish, black out eye mask is great but the blue tooth head phones or piece worked once and then turns on and off connect, power off, I bought two, $140 for a friend and I, hers went the third time she used them mine the second - response was can’t refund, when I was asking for troubleshoot advice
Absolute scam - bought "sleep mask pro" item is directly bought from aliexpress for 10th of the price and resold in australia. packaging is for a generic sleep band. Instructions are for a generic sleep band - they did stitch their own logo to the mask but thats about it. Speackers are terrible and what you would expect of a 10 AUD temu/ali item and not from a 70 dollar pro band . your psrtnrr will hear everything you are listening to.Mask quality is poor from cheap materialsReturns process is purposfully complicated and obtuse Persistent "sale ends soon" on the website should have been a red flag
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE> WHAT THEY ADVERISE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET. GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR REFUND. DONT BE AN IDIOT LIKE I WAS.I made a mistake of buying the micro cpap. They emailed saying their return policy does not accept returns if the package has been opened. How else was I supposed to try it to see if it works. Then they said they only give back 20% of the purchase price. That’s not acceptable as their advertising was misleading. What got is like toy that does nothing it is supposed to do. I have emailed them a number of times saying I will accept 60% of the purchase price without sending it back as it has been opened and they won’t accept it and also it will cost $30 to return it.
