Ordered the back massager for my Mum. tried it and vibrated for a few seconds then stopped. The heat setting was slightly warm. Instructions were written in Chinese!!! Contacted them straight away and they asked me to send a video. It took weeks for them to get back to me. I asked for a full refund and they ignored me and sent another. The 2nd one worked for about 6 months and then died. Cheap crap from China that is faulty. Don't buy this, not worth $120
