My experience with Dreamsleep Australia has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.
The product I received did not match the quality or appearance shown in the advertising. It was misleading and nowhere near what I expected based on the images online. When I raised my concerns, instead of taking responsibility, I was offered a partial refund (initially 30%, then 40%) as a “gesture of goodwill” — despite the product not being as described.
To make matters worse, I was told I would need to pay return shipping myself, even though the issue was with the product not meeting expectations. Communication felt scripted and dismissive, and there was no clear phone number or easily accessible contact details, which made the process even more stressful.
As a customer in Australia, I expected compliance with Australian Consumer Law and a fair resolution. Instead, I felt pressured to accept a partial refund for something I was unhappy with from the outset.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The lack of accountability, transparency, and proper customer support made this a very disappointing experience.
